MB Aqua respects the privacy of users. While providing the service we are committed to protecting the privacy of our customers. Will fairly and lawfully process and maintain the personal information you provide.

With this privacy policy:

  • We inform you about the main purposes of collecting and processing personal data;
  • We explain how your data is protected and stored, what rights you have as a data subject;
  • What to do if you have any questions or concerns on how your data is managed.

MB Aqua regia follows the Law on the Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania (implemented 2016/4/27), based on EU Regulation directive 2016/679, issued by the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation).

In this Privacy Policy, personal data is understood as the name, surname, personal identification number, address of residence and other data of a person as defined in the Law on the Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and the General Data Protection Regulation.

The privacy policy reflects MB Aqua regia’s customer data processing practices. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect personal information, with whom we share it, and how we store it.

This Privacy Policy also applies if you provided personal information to MB Aqua regia prior to the effective date of this Privacy Policy.

Ways of gathering information

We collect the personal data of our customers using:

  • registration forms,
  • when you purchase our goods or receive services and provide your personal information in your orders and contracts,
  • when you submit your personal data by email, online or otherwise.

Objectives of data collection and data collection

  • For the purpose of ordering, selling and delivering goods – name, surname, address, e-mail postal address, telephone number.
  • For the purpose of subscribing to the newsletter – name, surname, e-mail. Postal address, city (telephone number, field of activity – optional)
  • For the purpose of direct marketing (with consent) – name, surname, e-mail address.
  • We may use your IP addresses to administer our site and diagnose potential disruptions.

Use of personal data

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

  • handling customer registration, inquiries,
  • accepting orders, concluding contracts, executing them,
  • providing the goods and services you have ordered,
  • improving the quality of our services and product range.

We also use your aggregated personal information (to prevent the identification of a specific username):

  • to describe the customer type,
  • performing an audit of the website
  • Your personal data will not be transferred to third parties, except in the following cases:
  • if you consent to the disclosure of personal data;
  • to our partners to provide delivery services. We will only provide such personal information to these service providers as is necessary to perform a particular service.
  • law enforcement institutions, other state institutions in accordance with the procedure provided for by the law of the Republic of Lithuania.
  • Your personal data may be transferred to a solicitor or debt collection company for the purpose of recovering an outstanding payment.
  • persons providing MB Aqua regia personal data processing services, computer systems maintenance services, accounting services, legal services, auditors and similar services, but only to the extent necessary for the performance of these services.
  • in case of another legitimate interest, if it does not contradict the prohibitions provided for in the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and the General Data Protection Regulation

Direct marketing

We try to be the first to inform our customers about the information that may be of interest: special MB Aqua regia offers, news and services.

Your email address, telephone number, or other personal information provided for direct marketing purposes may only be used with your consent.

If you no longer wish your personal data to be processed for direct marketing purposes or you no longer wish to receive our newsletters and direct marketing communications, please click on the “Decline All Offers” link at the bottom of the email you’ve received from us. You can also write an e-mail to info@aquaregia.lt and indicate that you do not wish to receive offers.

When opting out of newsletters and / or direct marketing offers, you should clearly list your email address and / or phone numbers.

Your consent to receive MB Aqua regia newsletters and direct marketing offers granted prior to the effective date of this Privacy Policy remains in full force and effect.

Information retention periods

We will protect your personal information for no longer than is necessary to fulfil the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.

For direct marketing purposes, personal data shall be stored for a maximum of 3 years, unless a longer retention period is provided for or permitted by law.

Notwithstanding the above retention periods, we reserve the right to store your personal data on the server to the extent necessary to ensure that the data you provide has been (i) used in the course of an illegal activity or (ii) suspected identity theft or other breach that an investigation has been or will be conducted by the relevant law enforcement authorities, (iii) if we have received complaints about the relevant customer, or if we have observed violations of the Terms and Conditions by the relevant customer, or (iv) for other legitimate purposes to protect personal data.

Your rights regarding personal data

You have the right to access your personal data, to request the correction of incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate personal data, to consent to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes (without giving reasons) or to request the deletion of your personal data, or request other actions as provided in the General Data Protection Regulation.

Any request or instruction regarding the processing of personal data must be submitted to us in writing in one of the following ways:

  • by submitting such a request or instruction to us directly at Baravykų st. 5-1, LT-66181 Druskininkai,
  • by sending such a request or instruction signed with a certified electronic signature to the e-mail info@aquaregia.lt

Upon receipt of your request or instruction, we will provide a response within 30 (thirty) calendar days and will perform or refuse to perform the actions specified in the request. At your request, a response will be provided in writing. In individual cases, this period may be extended by a further 30 calendar days if the data is voluminous etc.

You can also unsubscribe from newsletters or direct marketing offers from your previous email address by sending a request or instruction to info@aquaregia.lt

If you think that the way we process your personal data does not comply with the applicable regulation, you have the right to apply to the State Data Protection Inspectorate (www.ada.lt).
